Clinical Care Support

This FT Clinical Support/MA position, provides clinical care coordination, requiring strong communication skills to address patient questions and concerns over the phone and as a MA with hands-on patient care, supporting our providers by providing excellent, compassionate care to the women in our community.

  • Using physician directive, standing orders and established protocols to triage incoming patient phone calls.
  • Work as part of a Clinical Care Team coordinating specialized care to patients, taking vitals, rooming patients, health history intake, and preparing charts
  • Manage Rx refill request, PA requests, FMLA paperwork, PCP referral updates and following up on over-due lab/imaging orders, and contacting patients with lab results via phone or patient portal
  • Perform any other clinical tasks as required by department

Certified Medical Assistant, along with some experience in the medical field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right individuals.  Excellent computer skills and speed are essential. Certified Medical Assistant

This FT position is  hands-on, supporting our providers by providing excellent, compassionate care to our in-office patients. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills; accurate, and efficient documenting in electronic medical records is a vital part of this position. A Medical Assistant Certification valid in the state of Oregon is required.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a Care Team that requires reliability, strong, organizational skills, and flexibility.  Our candidate must have a strong passion for caring for women. Clinical Administration – Scheduler

This is a full-time position in our fast-paced scheduling department, providing premier care to all women for a variety of appointments, including prenatal care, family planing, menopause management and anything in between!

Essential Functions

  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
  • Directing high volume multi-line phones
  • Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care

Skills

  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office and demonstrate skills of reliability, multi-tasking and prioritizing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills; the ability to interact with patients, providers and staff
  • Desire to contribute meaningful value as a supporting staff member to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Strong computer and phone skills
