In honor of National Women's Health Week, Women's Health Center of Southern Oregon supports and encourages all women to take steps to improve their health and well-being. Whether you're in your 20's or 90's, making your health a priority is a key to a longer, happier life!

◾Visit Women's Health Center for your annual preventive exam and age-appropriate screenings
◾Add more activity and exercise to your day...
◾Eat more fruits and vegetables and less processed, sugary foods
◾Get enough sleep and pay attention to your stress level
◾Avoid unhealthy behaviors such as smoking, taking drugs, texting while driving and not wearing your seatbelt
◾Be in safe, respectful, healthy relationships
