This full time position provides assistance to the executive director and physician owners to support the business functions necessary to successfully fulfill Women’s Health Center’s strategic objectives. Handles a wide range of tasks involving administrative, clerical, corporate, business, human resources, social media, marketing, and facilities support functions.
A sample of duties include:
General Administrative Support – schedule coordination, scheduling meetings, taking/distributing minutes, preparing letters/memos as directed
Provider & Human Resources Support – Education seminar registration and travel arrangements, membership renewals, retirement plan updates/documentation, on-call schedule calendar
Corporate Branding/Marketing Support – Coordinate efforts of WHC’s strategic marketing plan, maintain and monitor Facebook, Instagram and/or other social media sites, coordinate advertising partners, charitable contributions
Building Support – Communicate with building vendors, coordinate repairs, maintain third party leases, schedule required annual maintenance
General Business Support – maintain insurance policies and renewals, order misc books, journals, office furniture,
