Lauren believes in empowering women to prioritize self-care throughout all aspects of life.  She strives to partner with her patients to guide them in achieving their individualized health goals.  Her intention is to help her patients become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.  Lauren fosters a nurturing environment with clear communication to personalized care plans based on patient preferences and goals.

She is native to Southern Oregon and feels passionate about returning to the community to provide care for women of all ages.  Lauren has nearly a decade of experience in healthcare.  She began her nursing career in emergency services where she gained valuable knowledge and experience.  When not in the office, she finds happiness in spending time with her husband and daughter, and enjoying outdoor activities, including rafting, skiing, and hiking.
