We know that sometimes medication is needed when you are pregnant, so we have provided a list of over-the-counter medications that are safe for a woman to take during her pregnancy. Take one tablet of B6 and ½ tablet of Unisom in the morning and afternoon
Take one tablet of B6 and one tablet of Unisom at bedtime
Preggie Pops or B-Natal Lozenges (available online or at your pharmacy counter)
