Carol has had a well rounded varied career in the healthcare industry, both in ambulatory and acute care for over 25 years. She has also worked on the IT side of healthcare where she has implemented and trained electronic medical records systems. Carol has worked in many healthcare facilities including The Corvallis Clinic, OHSU, Community Health Center in Medford and Sutter Health in Northern California.
At Women's Health Center, she excels at team building, and enjoys coaching and mentoring her staff and streamlining processes to enhance every patient's experience. Carol and her husband and German Shepard, Angel enjoy the wonderful outdoor lifestyle of our area, including cycling and hiking and RVing.

Director of Practice Operations
Alison and her husband Paul moved from the San Francisco Bay Area. They happily live in a rural community with deer, turkey and fox as their neighbors and a dog, four cats and two miniature donkeys as their family! Alison started her career at Women’s Health Center as a scheduler, assisting patients with their appointments and held various positions before becoming Director of Practice Operations. Alison’s responsibilities are on the business side of the practice but her main motivation is always the women in the community and helping to ensure they receive safe, compassionate care at Women’s Health Center.
She loves to stay active by hiking, biking, golfing and enjoys cooking and traveling and drinking good wine with friends!

Felicia Cohen, M.D.
Dr. Cohen believes part of her job is being her patient’s advocate, explaining risks and benefits and making decisions as a team. Her special interests include menopausal medicine and minimally invasive surgery.
She received her OB/GYN training at the University of Miami and moved to Grants Pass to develop a small town practice that puts the patient first. She is married with three little boys and loves the outdoors. Dr. Cohen is bilingual and speaks Spanish.
Thom Eagan, D.O.
Dr. Eagan is a doctor because he loves to hear people’s stories and use his office and surgical skills to help them. He enjoys the broad range of patients provided by obstetrics and gynecology, specifically urinary and pelvic floor issues.
He grew up in a small town in Utah, married a girl from Salem, and now they and their two children are enjoying everything that Grants Pass and southern Oregon has to offer. Dr. Eagan graduated from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and trained in Akron, Ohio.
Caroline Kelly, M.D.
Dr. Kelly finds the practice of OB/GYN to be a rare privilege, partnering with women to optimize their reproductive health and overall quality of life. Dr. Kelly wants her patients to know that she will be their ally, helping them to develop personalized solutions for their medical issues. She first became drawn to OB/GYN when living in Southern Africa and helping mothers to deliver healthy babies. Dr. Kelly graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and trained in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kelly values serving the women in our community and building relationships with them and their families over the years. She and her husband are thrilled to be in Southern Oregon and with the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and adventures with their puppy in the beautiful Rogue Valley.
Tamara Medley, M.D.
Dr. Medley knew as a child that she would go into obstetrics. She says, “There is nothing more wonderful or magical than the birth of a child.” She has four children of her own and knows the challenges and joys of motherhood. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, cycling, and has completed several triathlons. Dr. Medley graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and trained in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Nancy Mason, WHCNP
Nancy is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience taking care of women of all ages. She has a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has special interest in breast cancer prevention, menopausal issues, uro-gynecology and prenatal care. Nancy and her husband, Marc have three sons and one daughter between them.
When she is not working Nancy loves to garden, kayak, snow ski, walk her Bernese Mountain Dog and is passionate about traveling and scuba diving.
