At Women’s Health Center of Southern Oregon, our goal is to be readily available to provide you with a premier patient experience.

ALWAYS call 911 for a life-threatening emergency.

Regular Office Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm; phone hours are 8am – 5pm. The third Wednesday of each month, our office hours and phone hours are 9am – 5pm. We do not close for lunch.

Need to schedule an appointment? Give us a call at 541-479-8363. Visits are by appointment only and same day visits can often be accommodated.

Do you have a question during business hours? Please call our office’s main phone number or the Clinical Care Team’s direct line and a trained staff member will assist you or call you back the same day.

Do you have an urgent question after hours? Call our main office phone number and our on-call doctor will call you back promptly.

Do you like to conduct your business online? It’s easy to register for an online account.  Just call our office and you’ll be sent a special email invitation to establish a patient portal account. Once your account is established, you can request an appointment, ask your doctor/care team a question, refill a prescription or view your chart documents. All from your couch with a click of your mouse! You can also access your portal account from any tablet or mobile device.
